Our members normally go to LabCorp for their blood testing within one month or less from the date of registration.

You should receive your LabCorp results in your LabCorp portal within 2-4 weeks after testing.

Some tests are complex and are sent to specialty labs outside of LabCorp’s internal lab processing system and can take a bit longer than normal.

Once you have successfully completed all of the required tests and have uploaded your information correctly by deadline provided in class, expect your Roadmap to be delivered within 2 - 6 weeks.

Once you have received your Heal Hive Roadmap you can meet with one of our Doctor Partners as soon as their earliest availability.

Most members are able to schedule these appointments within a week or two of receiving their Roadmap, if not sooner.

Some of our labs require fasting. Once your electronic labs are ready at LabCorp we will let you know and you will learn which labs require fasting and which do not.

The majority of our tests are processed at LabCorp which is a CLIA and CAP certified lab trusted by medical professionals.

You can trust your lab results and use them to bring to specialists to gain further insight and help.

Our female hormone panels are very comprehensive and can give you a launching point to better understanding your fertility but we are not a fertility testing company.

Your biomarkers can change depending on lifestyle, sleep, stress and age, not to mention pathogenic infection loads so it is vital to regularly test to get the most comprehensive picture of your overall health throughout the year.

No lab testing is required before enrolling in Bootcamp. We provide comprehensive lab testing.

We cover this at length in Step 1- WHATTHEHELLth Comprehensive Lab testing and provide you with our proprietary panel of over 90+ biomarker lab tests to complete before your initial test sting.

Yes, our labs are unique to our program and our members are surprised to find they are always more comprehensive than their current provider offers, or even using similar services such as Function Health! We pride ourselves at The Heal Hive for helping our members get the most comprehensive testing available through our WHATTHEHELLth Comprehensive Testing Doctor Partners. 

Additionally, in order to provide the most accurate Heal Hive Roadmap for your healing success, we only accept labs from LabCorp and they need to be current within 45 days of creating your Heal Hive Roadmap.

None of the lab testing costs are covered by The Heal Hive, the labs are covered by your personal health insurance.

Lab testing will be covered by the majority of American insurance companies (with the exception of Kaiser and Medicare). While the majority of our members have their labs 100% covered there might be additional costs depending on individual plans and state-by-state regulations.

The easiest way to know is to call your insurance and ask if they cover comprehensive lab testing at LabCorp with an out-of-network provider.

If you are planning to work with our Doctor Partners: 

• If you have Medicaid and Medicare: Our doctor partners do not accept, you will need to work with your personal care physician using The Heal Hive’s unique lab lists. 

• If you have Medi-Cal: can work with our M.D. Doctor Partner only. 

In general: 

• If you have Medicaid - Your personal care physician will need to requisition the tests for you. 

• If you have Medicare -  Your personal care physician will need to requisition the tests for you. 

• If you have Medi-Cal - You can work with The Heal Hive’s Dr. Partner (see above) 

• If you have Kaiser - We are unable to accept anyone with Kaiser insurance. None of our Doctor Partners are affiliated with Kaiser nor have Kaiser doctors ever been able to fulfill our testing, so please do not apply to our program if you are insured through Kaiser. 

We provide detailed instructions in Step 1 - WHATTHEHELLth Comprehensive Lab Testing on how to contact your insurance provider to ensure your labs will be covered.

You will need to repeat our labs 3x’s your first year and depending on your individual circumstances another 3x’s your second year.

Unfortunately, if you are uninsured and unable to pay for insurance we are unable to fulfill your comprehensive testing and can not accept you as a student and new member at this time. If anything changes, we would love to have you join in the future!

In the United States, any local LabCorp testing facility can perform the tests.

We do not recommend at home phlebotomists such as GetLabs as they are unable to process many of our labs.

Please note that for members in good standing, each time you requisition labs through The Heal Hive using our Doctor Partners, there is an additional cost of $200. This cost includes both an electronic lab requisition form that is created specifically for you to use in any LabCorp testing facilities around the country, as well as a complimentary 15 minute session with either Doctor Partner to discuss any outstanding prescription needs based off of biomarker results.

We have been there before, our founder had one of the worst cases of toxic mold exposure recorded (she shares her past scary labs with our members in this course) and extreme Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS). She also struggled with recurring SIBO for years, to no avail after many rounds of antibiotics and herbal therapies, before she yet again created her own program for healing her SIBO, SIFO, and biotoxin illness.

At The Heal Hive we are proud to offer additional economical add-on courses in mold and clearing mycotoxin poisoning; proven ways to eradicate SIBO and SIFO, naturally; as well as additional courses for rare autoimmune issues that are not so rare for those suffering through tick borne disease.

No, it is not mandatory. However, most of our members opt to work with our Doctor Partners because 1) they take most large health insurance PPO policies for lab requisitions 2) they are partners with The Heal Hive so therefore they are familiar with the labs 3) they are knowledgeable about the complexities that accompany chronic tick-borne illness 4) they understand The Heal Hive protocols for recovery.

Whilst many doctors may seem as if they comprehensively test their patients, our members have come to find out the hard way that our testing can be overwhelming for providers and most do not do as adequate of a job as it takes to truly get to the root cause of your health problems. Many general practice, internists, and naturopaths are not familiar with all of the complex labs The Heal Hive requires and therefore are unable or unwilling to run our labs for their patients. This leads our members to deal with unnecessary future expenses with multiple co-pays, while also leading to frustration hearing their providers say they will only fulfill part of The Heal Hive lab panel. In the past, most of our Members have found working with their own doctors leads to more expense, a lot of wasted energy, and unfortunate delays.

Additionally, if you find a doctor willing to requisition all The Heal Hive lab tests, it doesn’t mean they know what the test results mean, and therefore are reluctant to act on the results –due to not being well informed about what the labs have uncovered.

What does this mean? Some members have ended up with having our entire Heal Hive WHATTHEHELLth lab list completed, but then hit a roadblock when they can not get the support from their provider to actually help fix the issues that are uncovered. That leads our members to needing to go through our WHATTHEHELLth Comprehensive Testing Doctor Partners, to be able to get the necessary and important medications required. Otherwise they wait months to meet with specialists and get farther behind, leading to lengthy lab delays for our Members.

To ensure your safety and the efficacy of our program, The Heal Hive requires ongoing lab testing while you are under our supervision. This is available via our Sting Club alumni program. All lab testing is your own responsibility, although the majority of these tests should be covered by more insurance plans (depending on insurer and state).

Completing the Heal Hive lab panel is mandatory to participate in BVT Bootcamp. Through working with hundreds of Lyme warriors and others with complex chronic illness, we have yet to encounter a single medical professional that adequately screens patients for all that we ourselves look for. Our testing is extremely detailed and we scrutinize your lab work to ensure you receive proper care.

Our testing is created specifically for our program and beginning bee venom immunotherapy.

Should you choose to work with our Doctor Partners, you will receive a personalized Heal Hive Roadmap that you will review with our Doctor Partners. 

Should you choose to work with your own physician, you can still submit your labs to receive your Heal Hive Roadmap but you will be responsible for reviewing your lab results with your personal physician.

No, The Heal Hive’s Doctor Partners do not replace your doctor or specialists. Our Doctor Partners are able to facilitate unparalleled comprehensive testing for complex chronic conditions and help you find answers to your health woes. The Heal Hive Roadmap is unique in that it provides detailed insights into each lab specific to you and you have the opportunity to discuss this Roadmap with your chosen Doctor Partner as well as your physician. If you feel that your needs are not being met and questions are unanswered, our testing service and educational programming can provide you with the knowledge and insight you need to be empowered and take control of your health.

Yes, your name you register with at The Heal Hive will need to match your ID card and insurance information.

Yes, you are able to cancel your membership with The Heal Hive Sting Club at any time. However, we are unable to support Sting Club “breaks” longer than 3 months, and we require that active members do not miss their quarterly testing (Please note that those without an active Sting Club membership will no longer have a Heal Hive membership). If you choose to cancel your Sting Club membership for more than 90 and/or miss a round of quarterly testing, you will be required to repeat and pay for Step 1 and Step 2 before you are eligible to rejoin Sting Club. If you choose to cancel your membership subscription, in order to not be charged for the month you are in, you must cancel your subscription ahead of the monthly billing cycle, e.g. If you began your membership subscription on June 1, 2025, you will need to cancel your membership subscription by midnight EST on June 30, 2025, not July 1, 2025.

We offer our additional mold course once your initial test results come back. At The Heal Hive it is always, Test, Not Guess! In the majority of circumstances, we can see from your blood draw, which members are dealing with dangerous systemic inflammation due to high mycotoxins and who are not. We also walk our members through testing for mycotoxins in their residences and other buildings they spend time in.

According to the 2019 National Science Foundation Study, in conjunction with UCLA scientists*, it was reported that it costs the average person with late stage Lyme disease slightly over $26,000 a year to manage their disease and its consequences –over 10x's more than our comprehensive Bootcamp!

We feel that our unique and economical Heal Hive program, along with bee venom immunotherapy, is by far the least expensive way to work on complex tick borne disease, autoimmune disorders and dysfunctionality that accompanies these chronic conditions.

Outside of The Heal Hive:

According to the same National Science Foundation 2019 study, of patients treated for Lyme, only 35% reported feeling better after treatments (read the study it lists everything from antibiotics, herbal therapies, IV therapies, Ozone, Magnets, Rife, the list goes on...). The only protocol NOT included in the study was bee venom therapy. The study goes on to report that up to 37% of Lyme patients say they feel the exact same after using antibiotics, herbal protocols, ozone therapy, IVIG, etc... and a very sad 12% of Lyme patients report they feel even worse —these are considered non-responders

They do expire after stinging, but we walk you through the science of why injections do not work as effectively as live bee stings.

Please note that if you take this course that ALL information in the course is protected and that can limit what you yourself teach in the future, even if you learned the information elsewhere or in school. This is a course for the chronically ill, not for those who want to take our course and market our proprietary information as their own.

Unfortunately no, you can not for your own safety. If you find yourself pregnant whilst taking any part of the course we will be required to remove you from the course, and our no refund policy is still applicable.

We have educated and worked with some of the most severe cases of mast cell activation syndrome and disease, along with extreme histamine intolerance.

Our background in cleaning out mycotoxins internally and externally, coupled with our personal understanding of how to heal -not suppress– mast cell issues is key and we have proven with our alumni that our methods truly work!

Doctors and other providers can be helpful, but the majority are limited to only prescribing mast cell suppressors or antihistamines. Our unique Heal Hive program gets to the actual root cause of mast cell activation disorders brought on by tick borne illness. We do not recommend members waiting, but as always, we ask you to defer to your doctor –we are not your personal medical professionals but your health coaches in bee venom immunotherapy (BVT).

As for those waiting to eliminate mold from your home, or tackle mycotoxin illness, we offer a comprehensive program in addition to our BVT program that ensures our members do not make the common mistakes people make with mold remediation. We also teach how to remediate properly; what items to throw away and what to save; and how to properly detox mycotoxins safely and effectively.

We recommend using our program and support structure as many come to us after one or more failed attempts at mold remediation and mycotoxin poisoning. Additionally, Dr. Lehman and Dr. Ducharme are both mold-exposure aware and very helpful for our members who require additional prescriptive support.

While we offered retreats in the past, we quickly figured out that those with chronic illness can not heal in a weekend, or even a week or a month. Our online program allows the process of healing to take place from the comfort of your own residence. This also saves our members, time and the stress of traveling.

We do offer a VIP concierge service to a limited number of private clients who require utmost privacy. This number is extremely limited and not available to the general public. Please inquire via info@thehealhive.com should you be someone who requires this private service, it does drastically increase cost, so please keep that in mind.

No, not at all, but many of our members become beekeepers or begin to learn how to beekeep once they have finished our program and begin stinging.

We provide our members with all the information they need to purchase live honeybees through treatment through the mail, it couldn't be easier!

While your purchase does not give you access to all of the Heal Hive courses, it does give you access to the majority of our Heal Hive complimentary groups.

We can no longer accept international students unless they are willing and able to travel to a US-based LabCorp location to complete the Heal Hive Lab Panel 4 times/year.

For those who choose this option, we recommend becoming insured in the United States as the out of pocket cost to complete The Heal Hive Lab Panel can be upwards of $30,000 for the uninsured, and you would need to repeat it at least 4 times/year for the duration of your time at the Hive.

That said, we are actively working on a solution for our International members and we hope to open our doors to International students again in the future.

Please also note that unlike in the U.S., bees can not be shipped in the mail overseas.

Not all of our tests are even available in Canada or elsewhere around the world. You can cross the border from Canada to the United States for medical reasons including lab testing with an active passport.

Many of our Canadian students have been able to get the majority of their tests covered by National Health Care, but not all of them, and especially very crucial tests that are required to safely begin bee venom immunotherapy. Therefore, we are unable to accept Canadian members unless they are able to secure United States health insurance and travel to the states for testing 3xs a year.
